Flour: 250 grams

Butter: 125 grams

Egg: One

Spicy tuna fish

Bell pepper: One

Carrot: One

Parsley: 50 grams

Milk: ½ cup

Topping cheese: ½ cup

Cream: ¼ cup

Sweet corn: 3 tablespoons

Salt, pepper, thyme, and ginger powder


Add the butter, egg, salt, and pepper to the flour and mix to form a dough.

After making the dough, let it rest for 2 hours inside the refrigerator.

Saute the bell pepper with ginger powder, pepper, salt, and thyme.

Add the carrot and sweet corn and saute the mix.

Add Tohfe spicy tuna and parsley to the mix and keep sauteing.

Add the cream, milk, and cheese.

Place the dough inside the special mold and fill it with the tuna mix you prepared.

Add the mix you made with cheese to the top. Place the tarts inside the oven for 20 minutes.
