A calzone is a pizza in which the ingredients are placed on top of half of the dough, and the other half is folded on top of the ingredients. 1 Tohfe canned tuna fish with beans
150 grams of gouda or cheddar cheese
The desired amount of parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
400 grams of flour
200 milliliters of water
9 grams of sourdough
20 grams of oil
20 grams of salt
Prepare the sourdough. Mix the flour with salt, oil, and water to make the dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough. Be careful not to spread it too thin.
Put cheese and tuna fish with beans on half of the dough, then fold the other half of the dough on top of the mix. Stick the edges of the dough together and place it inside an oven set to 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
